Do I need to get visa and where? For HongKong.?
I am a university student from Myanmar currently studying in Taiwan. I want to travel to Hongkong, where do I get visa and do I need a visa?

you don't need visa for Hong Kong if your going to HongKong. it's very safe there now that the British are no longer sucking up the money

If you are in an ASEAN country visiting another ASEAN country then a visa is not necessary ... unless you are staying longer than 10 days.

No visa or entry permit is required for any purpose if you hold any of the following travel documents: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passport, British National (Overseas) Passport, Hong Kong Certificate of Identity, Hong Kong Re-entry permit (for entry from the Mainland of China and the region of Macau only), Hong Kong Seaman's Identity Book, Hong Kong Document of Identity for Visa Purposes provided that the document is valid or the holder's limit of stay in Hong Kong has not expired. Travel documents bearing one of the following endorsements: "Holder's eligibility for Hong Kong permanent identity card verified." "The holder of this travel document has the right to land in Hong Kong. (Section 2AAA, Immigration Ordinance, Cap. 115, Laws of Hong Kong)" Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card.

Hong Kong is an interesting place and whether or not you need a visa for a visit depends on your citizenship (which country's passport you hold). Most "western" countries can visit HK without a visa, however citizens of some countries do require a visa even for a short visit (and you need to apply beforehand).
