What do universities consider as an "International Student"?
I have a friend who's born, lived and studying in Hong Kong her whole life. But she's been attending International school there that follows the british system and all subjects are taught in english. Would she still be considered as an internation student if she were to apply to a US university? and will she still need to take her SATS? thanks in advance! jess

A student who is a citizen of the country in which the college is, is considered a regular student. Anyone who is not, is considered an international student
