How can I apply for Hong kong visa in the US?
How can I apply for Hong kong visa in the US?
I'm a Vietnamese International Student in the US, and I'd like to travel to hong kong this summer. do i need to travel back to Vietnam to apply for Hong kong visa? or can apply for it in the US? If it can, where and how to do it? Thanks a lot!

Since 1997 you have to apply to the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Washington DC. They probably have consulates in other big cities in the US, like Chicago, Los Angeles or New York. You can check for this information on the internet.

Citizens of Vietnam need a visa to travel to Hong Kong as tourists. You may apply for the visa either in person or through a travel agent at the Chinese Embassy in Washington or the Consulate Generals at Chicago, Houston, New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco, depending on the U.S. state you are living in. Contact the Chinese Consulate right here in the United States. There one right here in Los Angeles, CA . They are located on Shatto Place. I'm sure that there are many others throughout the US. You can also speak with the travel agent. Make sure that you ask for the 60-90 day one and not the 30 day Good Luck.
