Returning to USA with a Student Visa could be afected by siblings who stayed in US more than the due day?
I have a 13 years old niece who has a F-1 Student Visa, she wants to go to Hong kong for vacation, but she is afraid that because her brother and sister stayed in the USA longer thant the given permission will afect her return to continue her studies in the United State. Can someone know if this really will afect her returning back to USA, even though all her documents are fine?

That is possible because if she has to re-apply for new F-1 (in case the first one expired and I-20 is still valid), the consulate will be able to see all info about her and everyone/every issue that relates to her. It happens very often.. when the consulate office finds out about your overstayed sibling, your application may be denied.
