University choice (St.andrews, Manchester, Hong Kong or UBC)?
Im a high school student and deciding where to go for university. i have been accepted to: St Andrews for International Relations Management Manchester for Management in International Economics Hong Kong for BA (History) UBC for BA (looking to transfer into commerce) i study in vancouver, Canada

Hong Kong is probably the best, but I'd recommend UBC. It's prestigious and in a great location.
